Is the farm handicap accessible?

We have improved our facility over the years to include paved sidewalks and handicap accessible restrooms throughout the ranch. Though please keep in mind it is still a farm so there may be some limitations.

Is outside food and drinks allowed?

All outside food and drink are prohibited at the farm. We have several food and drink options available to purchase.

Can photographers take family photos on the farm?

We welcome photographers at the ranch during normal business hours only. General admission is required for the photographer and all attendees.

Friendly and well mannered dogs are welcome to visit the farm. If you decide to bring a fury friend they must be on a leash at all times. Please be respectful of other guests and pick up after your dog.

Is the adult zip-line open every day?

The adult zip-line is open on Saturdays and Sundays only (Loogootee location). Lark Ranch Greenfield currently does not offer adult zip lines.

Do you serve alcohol?

Alcohol is offered during select dates during the season.

Is Lark Ranch open year round?
Lark Ranch is seasonal and primarily open during the fall, beginning in mid-September

Tickets & Admission

What happens if I book tickets for the wrong location?
Tickets may be honored at any of our three Lark Ranch locations. Because ticket prices may vary by location, please visit the admission gate when you arrive. If the admission price at the location you are visiting is higher, you will have the option to pay the difference and upgrade your ticket.

What happens if I book tickets for the wrong date?
Tickets may be used on an alternative operating date. Because ticket prices can vary by date, please visit the admission gate when you arrive. If the ticket price for your new date is higher, you will have the option to pay the difference and upgrade your ticket.

Are tickets refundable?
Online tickets are nonrefundable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate guests, and credit may be offered for an alternative date or future season.

Is there a discount for large groups?
Groups of 12 or more receive an additional $2 off admission per person. Group tickets must be purchased at the gate.

Are pumpkins included with admission?
Pumpkins are not included with general admission and are sold separately by the pound.

Weather

Does Lark Ranch close due to weather?
Lark Ranch will remain open during light rain, although some rides and attractions may temporarily close. In the event of severe weather, including lightning or high winds, the ranch may delay opening, temporarily suspend attractions, or close for the day.

Unused online tickets may be used on another operating date.

Does Lark Ranch offer rain checks?
Guests are encouraged to check the forecast before visiting, and rain checks are generally not issued for changing weather conditions.

Food & Celebrations

Is outside food and drink allowed?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted at Lark Ranch. We offer a variety of food, drinks, snacks, and seasonal treats available for purchase throughout the ranch.

Does Lark Ranch allow birthday parties?
Absolutely! While we do not currently offer birthday party packages or designated party areas, you are welcome to celebrate during your visit to Lark Ranch.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted, but you may bring a small cake, cupcakes, or cookies for your celebration. Picnic tables and seating areas are available throughout the ranch on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or held for parties. For a more relaxed celebration with smaller crowds, we recommend visiting on a Friday or earlier in the fall season, especially in September.

Does Lark Ranch offer weddings?
At this time, Lark Ranch does not offer weddings.

Groups & Field Trips

Does Lark Ranch offer field trips?
Yes. Field trips are available at our Loogootee and Greenfield locations on select weekdays during the fall season.

Student and chaperone admission is offered at a discounted rate, while teachers and bus drivers receive free admission. Field trips include select attractions, one small pumpkin, and an educational component. Smaller groups may be paired with other visiting schools. Learn more about field trips.

Choosing a Location

Are attractions the same at all three Lark Ranch locations?

Each Lark Ranch location offers the core attractions that make up the Ultimate Fall Experience, including a corn maze, pumpkin patch, mile-long train, Highland cows and other farm animals, rides, and food. Some additional attractions and special events may vary by date and location.

Which Lark Ranch location should I visit?
Each location offers its own version of the Ultimate Fall Experience. Greenfield is conveniently located near Indianapolis, Loogootee is the original Lark Ranch in scenic Southern Indiana, and Lanesville is a great option for guests visiting from the Louisville area. Explore each location before your visit to find the one that works best for you.
