Tickets, promotions, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms or restrictions.

Admission is required for guests ages 3 and older unless otherwise specified. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while visiting Lark Ranch.

Refunds & Cancellations

All ticket sales are generally final unless otherwise stated.

Lark Ranch is an outdoor attraction and operates weather permitting. Operating hours, attractions, and activities may be modified, delayed, suspended, or canceled due to weather, safety concerns, maintenance, staffing, or other circumstances.

If Lark Ranch closes an entire location due to weather or another unforeseen circumstance, affected ticket holders may be offered options such as using their ticket on another eligible date or location, receiving a credit, or receiving a refund when applicable. The remedy offered may vary depending on the circumstances.

Refunds are generally not provided for unused tickets, late arrivals, early departures, individual attraction closures, or changes in weather during a guest's visit.

Attraction Availability

Attractions, rides, animals, food locations, entertainment, and other activities are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Certain attractions may have height, age, weight, health, or safety requirements. Guests are responsible for following all posted rules and instructions from Lark Ranch staff.

Indiana Agritourism Warning & Assumption of Risk

Lark Ranch is an outdoor agritourism destination. Visiting the property and participating in agritourism activities may involve inherent risks associated with land, equipment, animals, uneven terrain, natural conditions, agricultural operations, and the actions of participants. Guests must follow all posted warnings, safety rules, and instructions from Lark Ranch team members.

WARNING

Under Indiana law, an agritourism provider is not liable for an injury to, or the death of, a participant in agritourism activities at this location if the death or injury results from the inherent risks of agritourism activity.

Inherent risks of agritourism activities include risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death, or for other participants to act in a manner that may cause you injury or cause your death.

You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

By purchasing a ticket, entering Lark Ranch, or participating in an agritourism activity, each guest acknowledges these inherent risks and agrees to exercise reasonable care, obey posted warnings, and follow instructions provided by Lark Ranch team members.

A parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult purchasing tickets for minors acknowledges these risks on behalf of the minors in their party to the extent permitted by Indiana law.

Animal Contact & Health Risks

Contact with farm animals and their surroundings may expose guests to bacteria, parasites, and other germs that can cause illness, including E. coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and Cryptosporidium. Even healthy-looking animals may carry germs, and germs may be present on fencing, gates, bedding, equipment, and other surfaces within animal areas.

Guests must wash their hands thoroughly with soap and running water immediately after leaving an animal-contact area and before eating or drinking. Hand sanitizer may be used temporarily but is not a substitute for washing with soap and water.

Food, beverages, pacifiers, bottles, toys, and smoking or vaping products should not be taken into animal-contact areas. Guests should avoid touching their face or placing their hands or other objects in their mouth while interacting with animals.

Children must be closely supervised by a responsible adult. Older adults, pregnant individuals, children under five, and people with weakened immune systems should use additional caution around farm animals because they may be more likely to develop serious illness.

By entering an animal-contact area, guests acknowledge these health risks and agree to follow all posted rules, handwashing instructions, and directions from Lark Ranch team members. Any animal bite, scratch, or other injury should be reported to a Lark Ranch team member immediately.
